MARKETING :

Now you know what market is so let’s start understanding What Is Marketing?
Marketing means the continuous cycle of business from procurement / obtaining, planning of material goods which ends to sale the goods at end consumer. It includes other relevant functions like planning and studying consumer behavior.
In other words, we can also say that Marketing means Group of Various Functions Perform for Business which includes Purchase, Grading, Quality Control, Manufacturing According to Customers’ Needs and Requirements, Sales Distribution, of Goods, Taking Feedback (Surveys), Development of Product, Development of Company, Buyer behavior / Consumer behavior, etc.
Now we know what marketing is then let’s understand some of the  Marketing Functions

Marketing Functions :

A. Basic / Primary Functions :
1.   Introduce Product: Making people understand that the company has many products. It means introducing company products to people through Advertising&Sampling.
2.   Made product Available: It means that making the product available everywhere, so people can able to buy the product any time they wish.
3.   Promote the Sale: Making various survey to understand which product people like most and telling them about other products of the company. Making advertisement and giving small samples of products etc.
4.   Buying & selling: Buying of quality raw material and selling quality product to customer is a primary function of marketing.
B.  Secondary Functions
1.   Warehousing : Storing a large number of goods to fulfill the demand for the product.
2.   Transport : Transporting goods from the place of production/warehouses to place of goods demanded without any damage.
3.   Grading : Grading the product according to its quality and storing it in warehouses by given grades.
4.   Branding : Printing company brand name on a product so people can recognize the product.
5.   Labeling : Providing important information on product label like How to use ?, Best before date, Producer name, address, office mail, etc.
6.   Financing : Create creditworthiness in a society which help producer while taking bank loan as well as selling shares.
7.   Communication : Make proper arrangement so customers can communicate with the producer and can clarify their doubts.
